Mr. Gnanasekhar is the Managing Partner of M/s Sekhar & Jayanthi Chartered Accountants. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1990 and has an experience in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He has been a faculty for various subjects of Chartered Accountancy Course. He carries a rich experience and sound knowledge in direct tax matters, Audits, litigations and representation before authorities.

Jayanthi L, co-founder of Sekhar & Jayanthi alongside Gnanasekhar S, brings over 33 years of finance and strategic management experience across diverse global industries. Her career spans early positions at Supplyco, English India Clays Ltd (Thapar Group), and Sud-Chemie India Ltd (a German MNC focused on industrial catalysts and cross-border transactions), followed by international financial leadership at Singapore-headquartered India China Foods across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Later, as CFO of Kerala IT Parks, she secured Technopark’s highest-ever credit rating—a major milestone for the State of Kerala. Today, she continues to drive financial excellence, steady growth, and strategic leadership at Sekhar & Jayanthi.
